BOTTLE   0.37  CL  €. 6.00

it has an intense ruby red color. The nose shows the characteristic floral notes of geranium, cyclamen and violet. There is also a fruity olfactory component, which recalls wild strawberries and blackberry. Curious how this bottle also gives the nose an unexpected perception for the Dolcetto grape: we are talking about saffron, which can be perceived when the wine opens completely in the glass. On the palate, Cantina del Parroco's Dolcetto d'Alba is instead didactic, with references to blackberry, wild strawberries and raspberry, with an almond finish tending to bitter and slightly spicy (sweet licorice). A bottle to be consumed throughout the meal, from cold cuts appetizers to first courses and not too elaborate meat courses
